Our private, one-on-one sessions are one hour long and held entirely online, allowing you to relax and connect from the comfort of your own space.

Each session begins with a gentle grounding meditation to help calm the mind and tune into the body. From there, we move into simple, intuitive art exercises designed to help you explore and express your emotions safely and creatively. No art experience is needed—just an open heart and a willingness to explore.
