SoulSketching Group Session
Clarity's group sessions are a powerful way to connect, heal, and grow together. Designed for families, friends, or shared experience groups, they bring people together in a creative and emotionally supportive space.
Groups are kept small—no more than eight clients—to ensure a meaningful and intimate experience. Each session begins with a calming grounding meditation and guided art-based activities that encourage connection, self-expression, and emotional clarity.
Session length ranges from one to two hours, depending on the group size. Whether you come as a family, a circle of friends, or a group navigating life’s transitions, these sessions invite you to share your journey through creativity and heart-centered reflection.
What to Bring to Your Session
- White drawing paper
- Black Sharpie markers (a few different thicknesses)
- Colored pencils or markers
- A quiet, comfortable place where you won’t be disturbed
